Two types of soft bread, crisp bread, butter, ham, turkey meat, salami, liver pâté
Served daily: hard cheese, boiled eggs and caviar, mixed fruits and vegetables

Wednesday 5/8:
Dinner:         Oven-roasted fillet of salmon with boiled potatoes, cold herb sauce, green peas and lemon

Thursday 6/8:
Lunch:    Mince meat sauce served with pasta, ketchup, grated cheese and boiled broccoli 

Dinner: Mediterranean fish served with sun-dried tomatoes, boiled potatoes, pickled beets and romanesco broccoli

Friday 7/8
Lunch:         Indian chicken stew served with rice, roasted pieces of coconut, mango chutney and roasted vegetables

Dinner:         Garlic flavoured potato gratin served with fried cutlet, gravy and ratatouille

Saturday 8/8
Lunch:        House’s own rissole served with fried onion, boiled potatoes, cream sauce, raw lingonberries and boiled cauliflower

Sunday 9/8
Lunch:         Taco lasagne served with tzatziki

All meals are served with a wide choice of vegetables, crisp bread and milk.

Finish you meal off with tea or coffee.
